Increase number of characters for blog on homepage

      The preview of the blog only includes about 130ish characters before cutting off and showing READ MORE. Is there a way to increase the number of characters shown when the homepage is set to show the most recent blog posts?

      Hi Esther,

      To do this please follow these steps

      1) Go to the theme root folder ( wp-content/themes/krystal )
      2) Then open functions.php with any text editor
      3) Then go to line number 243, change number 25 to the number of words you want and save it.
