I just bought and downloaded Krystal Pro, and I uploaded it into my wordpress.org and when I go to customize it, it doesnt show the preview for the site, and stays in a loading screen. Also the page will not load on the website itself. Any thoughts?

Also tried redownloading and reuploading the theme to wordpress but the same thing still happens.
