Menu not showing on mobile phone

Our site is looking good on PC and tablet, but when I view it on my phone I see no menu. That severely limits access on mobile devices.
How can I get a menu visible on phones?

Hi Anitra,
I can clearly see the toggle button( three bars) on the right side of my android device. You need to click on the toggle button to see the menu. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Aha! It was covered by the WP admin bar. After logging out, I can see it. 🙂
