How do I customize the 404 page?

Hi Lisa,
There are 2 ways to do this.
1) If you are familiar with PHP and HTML code, you can easily do this. You have to edit the 404.php file in the theme’s root directory ie (wp-content/themes/krystal)
2) Find a plugin for this. Search WordPress plugin repository for a plugin for this.
