   How can I set a different image in the header? Header image defaults to the product image, but can I assign a gallery image instead, for example?

   Hi officemike,

   Currently, there is no such option available, you can use a custom background-color instead. For that you can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Page Settings and select option Background Color under Choose Page Title Background Color or Background Image: After that choose your color from the option Select Background Color
