Good day,
I am struggling to import the Demo Import Zip File onto WordPress. I have the Advanced Import for Krystal Lawyer and I am using version 5.7.1 of WordPress. When I try to import the zip. file it gives me an Error Code for “Invalid Zip File”. I’m using a Mac and I did compress the file to Zip. but it’s still not working.
Can someone please assist?

Hi Michelle,
First of all download the zip ( krystal-data.zip) file from the link below ( Check screenshot)

After that just upload the zip without extracting it to the Demo Import section. Wait for the demo import to finish.
Once done, you might have to disable the Home Background Image Section from the General Settings tab ( Appearance -> Customize -> General Settings )

Extract the zip first and then upload the three files in Appearance -> Import Demo Data
