The menu to customize the theme is disabled.
It’s just asking to upgrade to pro version.
Could anyone help on that topic ?
Is it mandatory to purchase pro version to use the theme ?

There must be something wrong. It may be because of an external plugin ( other than recommended ) or a code change by you.
Please mention your website URL also in the website textbox next time you reply so that we can inspect it from our end

It was a js conflict with one of the plugin.
That plugin include a jquerry version conflicting with your script.
