   Hi please help, we have an issue after the checkout page is an error page. Our payment gateway support said that it is the theme that we are using.

   After the confirmation URL, we have this woocommerce function WC()->api_request_url( $gateway_id ) in the postpay checkout API file which takes the customer to the order confirmation page.

   One more thing is that the menus on top is showing the description of submenus which i have tried to remove but still showing. I would still want to add the submenu description later but i dont wan to mess with the website.

   The WooCommerce is a separate plugin and its functions are also maintained by the WooCommerce plugin team.
   You need to contact the WooCommerce support forums for this.

   For the menu description issue. Follow the steps below

   1) Go to Appearance -> Menus
   2) Click on the Screen Option at the top and enable the description. Check screenshot below

   3) After that you’ll see the option of description in the menus. Just remove the description and save. Check screenshot below
