Responsive Design Not Working

Hello,

I have just installed and updated the theme to Soma free version and when I check the website on a mobile phone or Ipad it dos not render the page properly – Responsive layout is not working. What can the issue be please?

Found the problem – I had Fusion core and Fusion Builder enabled. Once these were disable, the site rendered perfectly.
