Hi Peter
Are you using any cache plugin, if yes then clear the cache and try again
Also try to add !important to make sure it overrides other CSS

It seems like the default WooCommerce cart and checkout pages are not set.
Please check the topic “How to fix Cart and checkout pages not working after demo import issue” in Own Store Documentation where you have to recreate those pages
