  There is no easy way to do this. You have to directly edit the PHP file and make those changes.

  Just open the header.php file in the krystal theme directory ie (wp-content/themes/krystal). Use any text editor to open it.
  Now search anchor tags ie <a, You will find anchor tags at line no 113, 121,133 and 141. Only these anchor tags you have to change.
  Just add target=”_blank” to it.
