Is it possible to disable the reivews in product category page? I only want it to display on product page which is under the tab of reviews.

By default, there are no review options to display on the product category page. Check for example here
Are you using a plugin for showing reviews?

I’m using “Reviews importer for AliExpress and Amazon by theshark”. Should I ask the developer of that plugin or you can help me? Another thing, how do I make a sidebar to filter the products like the link you send to me?

Yes, you should ask the plugin developer for this.
For showing the filter product you just have to add widgets to the WooCommerce Sidebar ( Appearance -> Widgets )
