Dear team,
I am experiencing problems with background image which my site is using.
The problem is only with IE. The image is 1600/900px if this helps.
The background image not loading and displaying in Internet Explorer. I have checked other browsers – everything is correct when using different browser not IE. I assume it is a scaling problem.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Please clear your IE browser cache and then check again. Also, check if your image is not too large in size, less than 500KB is perfect. Please also mention your website URL so that we can also check the issue.

The first thing was to make the suggested steps- the image is less than 60KB, I resize it further with no luck.

The site is not working. It’s showing 403 Forbidden error. I want to know the browser version as old IE browsers has some compatibility issue with jquery libraries.

The IE is latest version 11.9600.1902
403 forbidden is probably due to subfolder location of the site.
It is working properly with me.

Try the compatibility mode of the browser. If that does not works you can try to disable the parallax feature from Appearance -> Customize -> General Settings. The parallax feature may not be compatible with the IE 11.
