Hi F,
For that, you have to edit a PHP file. Please follow the steps below
1) Go to theme root folder ie ( wp-content/themes/own-shop)
2) Once you find the theme root folder. Find the file template-functions.php inside the inc folder.
3) Open this file with any text editor and then go to line number 34 and remove the span tag containing the credits.
