how do I replace the sample pics for the testimonials?

Hello Michael,
The theme review team at wordpress.org do not allow too many custom widgets earlier there was a custom widget for that but had to remove it. So we just use plain HTML there. You will find a custom widget for adding testimonials in PRO version.
How you can achieve this in free version
1) If you used demo import feature you will see already some HTML there inside the default TEXT Widget. Click on the Text Tab, Now you have to edit some HTML. I am attaching a screenshot of how you can change the image URL. Paste there your image URL inside. Do it for all 3.
How you can get Image URL
First of all, upload your image by going to Media->Add New and upload your client image, make sure its width and height are same. Click on the image you just uploaded and at the right, you will see the URL (see attached image). Just copy it and paste in the HTML
Now there are other options too.
Find a plugin who provides testimonial feature. The plugin must have shortcode feature. You can paste the shortcode in Text Widget 🙂If you need any other help. Please contact us on our support forums or email us directly
