Different Logo Becomes Smaller When Scrolled Down

To whom it may concern, I like to request for your assistance in the transparent header. I enabled the transparent header and added the different logo option so that the color will change when scrolling down and I made the header top sticky too. However, the image size became smaller when scrolling down. Can you please help me with that issue? Thanks
