KrystalPro Theme Functionality plugin not installing

When I try to install the Krystalpro Theme Functionality plugin I get the following error

Download failed. cURL error 7: couldn’t connect to host

The package is trying to install from {URL}…

Can someone please let me know if there is another way to get this installed.
