   When trying to import the demo content for Own Shop i get this error – Import Failed. An error occurred while fetching file from: http://citypackaging.com.au/wp-content/plugins/spiraclethemes-site-library/ocdi/own-shop/demo1/demo1-customizer.dat!
   Reason: 404 – Not Found.

   Can you please assist or provide the demo content in a direct link or XML file?

    I just checked the demo import in a test site created in tastewp (https://tastewp.com/) and everything is working fine.

    Please retry and also check the minimum requirement for demo import

    upload_max_filesize (256M)
    max_input_time (300)
    memory_limit (256M)
    max_execution_time (300)
    post_max_size (512M)

    403 error usually comes when there is a permission issue. Make sure your plugin directory ( wp-content/plugins) has enough permission (read/write)
    and then try again. You can set the permission for this folder from your control panel

    403 error usually comes when there is a permission (read/write) issue.
    Please provide the plugin folder ( Own Shop Pro Addons ) with full read/write permissions located in ( wp-content/plugins/own-shop-pro-addons-premium )
    You can set the folder permissions within your control panel
