Hi I have added links to the menu and ticked to show it in the footer and the menu does not appear

Hi Paul
Please follow the steps shown in the screenshot below
First of all you need to go to Appearance -> Menus and then create a menu for eg Social Menu and add items to it.
Check screenshot below
After that navigate to Appearance -> Widgets and here you’ll see the Footer Column1,Column2 and Column3
Now to show the social menu just drag and drop the Navigation menu Widget to any of these column and select the social menu. Check screenshot below
